k555 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "k555" refers to the online gaming and betting platform accessible at k555.io, including all sub-pages, products, games, and services offered thereon.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on k555 and accesses the platform's services.

k555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the posting of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and k555 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior oral or written understandings, representations, or agreements.

To open a k555 account and use its Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Failure to provide documentation may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single account on k555. Multiple accounts — whether created using alternate identities, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. k555 employs automated and manual duplicate-detection processes. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided in full.
• Winnings derived in whole or in part from bonus funds on any duplicate account will be forfeited.
• The original account may be reviewed and suspended pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. k555 recommends using a unique, strong password and keeping your login details confidential at all times. k555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

k555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, including where fraudulent activity, suspicious wagering patterns, bonus abuse, or violation of this Agreement is detected. In such cases, k555 will notify the Player via their registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond where circumstances permit.

k555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. k555 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges for which k555 accepts no liability.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your k555 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. k555 reserves the right to reverse a deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel as the most recent qualifying deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on k555, including cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be edited or cancelled by the Player after placement, except where k555 explicitly offers a "Cash Out" function for a specific market.
• k555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was materially affected by a technical error, incorrect odds, or a feed failure from our data provider.
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport published on the k555 platform.

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any k555 software or game engine.
• Framing or mirroring the k555 platform on any third-party website without written consent.
• Using the k555 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised.

All rights not expressly granted in this licence are reserved by k555 and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the k555 platform, even if k555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

k555 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance and emergency outages may occur. k555 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

k555's total aggregate liability to any Player under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to k555 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k555 accepts no liability for any actions, omissions, or service failures attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), game studios, or data feed providers.

k555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include identity verification (KYC), fraud detection, transaction monitoring, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. k555 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and stores personal data on secure servers.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the k555 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — may be made without formal notice. Only amendments that materially alter Player rights or obligations will trigger an email notification.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment services in the jurisdiction in which k555 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and k555, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting k555 customer support at [email protected]. k555 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution procedure, details of which will be provided by k555 customer support upon request.

Nothing in this section limits k555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in cases involving prohibited conduct, fraud, or intellectual property infringement.
